SHIPPING TERMS

All merchandise ordered on our site is crafted just for you and it is usually delivered within 7 business days from when we receive your payment. Should any problem occur, you will be informed about possible delays.

Our couriers are UPS and BRT. We will send you a link to track your order online.

Packaging is free but shipping costs may change according to your order and your destination.

If you want to be sure you will receive your merchandise in time for Christmas, we suggest you order it within the first week of December. A high number of orders before Christmas can cause delays…

If you order something during summer and you want to be sure you receive your merchandise in time before August, we suggest you order it within the first week of July. You don’t want to go on holiday without our fabulous bags, do you?!?
