RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The “Customer” who qualifies as a “Consumer” in accordance with the Consumer Code has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the purchased products. It is not possible to exchange the chosen bag for another.

Within this period, the Client must send the Contracting Party an explicit declaration of withdrawal addressed to:

Within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product to the seller. The customer can return the product free of charge by delivering it to a courier collection point specified by us. The customer must use the pre-printed shipping label that we will send by email with the return authorization and then apply it to the package in which they have placed the product to be returned.

If the customer chooses his own carrier to return the product, in addition to the payment of the shipping costs, he will remain responsible for any loss or damage suffered by this product. In case of use of the carrier offered by the seller, the customer will be released from any liability at the time of delivery of the product to this courier. It is understood that the following conditions will be necessary to exercise the right of withdrawal:

• The product must not have been used, damaged, washed or modified
• The product must be returned in the same original unopened packaging (except for opening) in which it was delivered
• The product must be delivered to the sender within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the communication by which the customer exercises his right of withdrawal

Once the product has been received, the seller will carry out the necessary checks. If the checks are accepted, the seller will send by email the confirmation of acceptance of the returned products. The refund of the sum will take place as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the communication with which the customer makes the collection.

The Client is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (e.g. with a sign of wear, scratches, scratches, etc.), are not complete with all their elements and accessories, nor accompanied by the original packaging and packaging, the Client will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods and will be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product. To this end, the Client is therefore invited not to handle the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish their nature and characteristics and to cover the original packaging of the Products with other protective packaging that preserves their integrity and protects them during transport.

Due to the specificity of our products, which are made especially for you according to your requests, it is not possible to exchange the chosen bag for another.
